My wife and colleague, Stacey Heller , a terrific corporate lawyer, wrote this great article about contractual provisions regarding insurance requirements. Most lawyers' eyes glaze over when they see the insurance provisions, or simply ask their client "do you have this coverage?" Here's what you should be looking for in these clauses.
