A closer look into the Aareon brand.

We started the year by launching the new Aareon Group website. With it, we introduced a modernised brand and visual identity, as well as a crisper articulation of the value that our Property Management System provides to our clients.
It is a refresh, an evolution. Or differently said, it is a continuation of the brand values that were, and still are, greatly appreciated by our customers and partners.
For decades Aareon has dedicated itself to bringing the real-estate industry forward. Through digitalisation we provide insights, create transparency and put the user in control of their business operations. Whether these users are tenants, home owners, craftsmen or property managers, everyone is empowered to make the right decisions.
Naturally, we want our brand and product narrative to express this in the right way. Hence, a few months back we set out on a journey to see how our brand could better reflect our identity and the value we deliver. Building on our heritage, honoring the past, while at the same time embracing the future.
It's been a real collective effort. And it should be. There simply is no other way of doing such a brand positioning excercise. It needs broad alignment across the organization. Simply because the value of the brand and value to the customers sits in all parts of the organization. And to a large extent, this value is not new, it is more a matter of articulating it better. It cannot be new actually, because it is rooted in the DNA of a company. Which in Aareon's case has been well-established over the course of 6 decades.

Everything is centered around the customer. Around the user. At the same time, we believe that the true power of digital lies in establishing a connection. This is why it is our ambition to bring people, process and property closer together. Only then can you gain the insights that are needed to drive your company forward and deliver superior experiences to your clients.
The Aareon Property Management System does just that. It provides property owners and managers everything they need to know about their processes and properties as well as the people involved.
Our complete suite of deeply integrated software puts property owners and managers in control of their business operations. With 'Manage' property owners and managers have a system of record to manage finance, accounting and contracts as well as have the ability to automate workflows. Transactions and payments can be processed with our product family 'Pay'. 'Sustain' allows you to plan long-term maintenance and sustainability. Our 'Engage' product family delivers digital experiences for everyone involved. Lastly, our Property Management System is an open ecosystem that allows you to benefit from the immediate integration of partner solutions. This is what 'Connect' is all about.

Providing sustainable value to customers.
Ultimately, what matters is the value that is created for the customer. What is considered valuable differs for property owners and property managers. There's different nuances when comparing the affordable housing corporation goals to those within commercial real-estate. What it has in common though, is that all value needs to be sustainable. Long term. Long lasting. Sustainability is key. Aareon delivers value in three aspects of sustainability; economically, socially and environmentally.
Sustainable spaces for all.
Our purpose, expressed in a short sentence. Four words to be exact. But these four words mean a lot. They express an intrinsic motivation. A motivator that is closely tied to the ambition and goals of our customers.
Fuelled with this inspiration we set out to have our brand better reflect who we are. We revisited our our brand identity. The result is available on our new Group website and will be gradually phased in across the different countries.
We believe it is a strong reflection of the human, innovative and reliable brand that Aareon represents.
