As close as possible to the reality

In my last post l.in/75m-cable-length-possible-thanks-our-sine-filter, I was mentioning that at KEB Austria we performed an application test with 75m motor cable. Why did we do that?

Well, testing the final application in house is one precise milestone in our project plan. We aim to be as fast as possible with the commissioning at the customer side, and strongly believe this to be an added value for our customer.

To reproduce the application condition as close as possible to the reality is always a big challenge. But it saves time on customer side.

Therefore, we invest time and money to fulfil our target.

That is also the reason why we recently bought a climate chamber, which allow us to reproduce environmental conditions from -40°C to 180°C. Thanks to it, we can reduce the gap to the real working conditions of the system and perform reliable test to avoid bad surprises later on the field.

That’s what we offer to our customers!

Exactly! Here, sometimes, I listen from some costumers after the startups: "It was so easy! Anybody could do that!". But usually they dont know this scenario we create at home, simulating as perfect as possible the costumer environment and machine in general. Congrats, Austria Team!
