Clone Your Relationship Reach

In this session, I want to talk about cloning your relationship reach. Last time I checked we can't clone you. You can't clone time. Well, you can clone your reach. Here's what I mean. A good friend, Chester Elton was coming to Atlanta and I wanted to reach out to my friends in town and say, "Chester's coming." I want to invite you to his event. I didn't want to do a complete blast to everybody I knew. It's kind of impersonal. The individual ones, although important, are just incredibly time consuming. Can you imagine emailing 100 people and making it personalized?
So what I thought was, what if I reached out to three individuals, Sam, Steve, Nancy, not only will the three of you appreciate getting to know each other, but include their LinkedIn profiles so they can all see the respective backgrounds and by the way involve and include Chester and talk about this upcoming event. It's just one technique and how to go between the impersonal mass mailings and the time consuming individual ones and it's a great way to clone your relationship reach. When you introduce people in your network to each other, you're investing in both those banks and it becomes a big asset in your nurturing nodes. NourGroup.com

6 年Nice one David. I wonder if Linkedin's AI will soon start offering such a refinement process.
