The Clinkenbeard team has once again passed our annual AS9100D audit with zero findings. We are currently certified to AS9100 rev D and ISO 9001:2015 with two self-release delegates per AS13001. Our quality lab currently has three CMMs, Romer laser scanner, air gaging, among other typical quality lab equipment, and our manufacturing floor has a CMM for spot checks.

NEW FOD Free Assembly Room
We are excited to unveil our latest investment to provide more value-added services for aerospace customers and beyond. Our new FOD Free Assembly room is now completed and operating, allowing us to provide complex housings and assemblies in an environment free of foreign object debris. The room includes two positive laminar flow “clean air workbenches” for assembly, an electronic press for installation of liners and bushings, and an oven for heat and freeze operations. The room has a CMM, in addition to three CMM's in our quality lab, providing a quicker turn-around time for first piece inspections.
