9 年So did you talk about www.heliohydroelectric.org ? The plan to remove CO2. I am proposing as part of the Paris Treaty Convention that Emitter Nations finance HelioHydroElectric construction in HelioHydroElectric Nations so as to balance CO2 emissions.

9 年So did you talk about www.heliohydroelectric.org and how this technology can remove CO2 gases from the atmosphere? I am looking at a HelioHydroElectric Treaty for Paris, where Emitter Nations can contract with HelioHydroElectric nations to accredit their CO2 emissions. Thus balancing the CO2 out. I am proposing that a Carbon Tax be implemented so as to finance construction of these HelioHydroElectric projects. Enjoy!
