The Affordable Housing Training educates affordable housing stakeholders – including building developers, owners, architects, engineers, and contractors – on what the Climate Mobilization Act (CMA) means for the affordable housing sector.The 2024 compliance period of the CMA’s cornerstone building emissions law, Local Law 97, is here. This training and live Q&A demystifies Local Law 97’s regulations for affordable housing.
