CLIMATE CHANGE FACETS: BRAZIL IN CHAOS

The up-trending, speeding up momentum-gaining, #climatecrisis is bringing Brazil to the limit; like many parts of the world? ?
All kinds of extreme #climate and #weather events are happening at the same time all over the country.
The excessive droughts and sub-Saharan desert moisture have ignited/ combusted wildfires from the Amazon in the northern region to the much further southern states and are stretching firefighters to the maximum (even using drones, satellites and other technologies to assist in fighting the fires)
Many states, like the capital Brasilia, do not see a drop of rain for 4 months and are living with health-threatening moisture levels as low as 7%.?
In many states there are no clouds in the sky under a type of "heat dome" but instead of the usual clean blue, in many locations, the "heavens" have a soot, foggy haze tint with suspended microparticles from the hundreds of wildfires covering about 60% of the continental size country.?
This murkiness led some highways to be closed and caused some accidents. Various flights were canceled. Wind in several places is stalled making the situation worse.?
These health-menacing air quality conditions, which are leading many hospitals with respiratory, heart, blood pressure and other problems, as I posted a few days ago, led S?o Paulo to become the most polluted city in the entire world.?
Temperatures, like in Rio, are hitting now at the end of the winter summer-like temperatures that a few years ago were rare (even for the peak summer): 40 deg C / 104 deg F?
Flight turbulence is on the rise (that with a combination of other extreme weather conditions as I published 2 weeks ago, may have contributed to the crash of a passenger airplane killing 62- potentially the first case of this kind in the New Climate Normal) and it is not affecting only aircraft but the no.1 world's famous Tandem Hang Gliding site in Rio de Janeiro.?
They used to have several dozen?tandem/ day but now even when the conditions are visually good, they can not fly because of the turbulence and frequent wind changing directions. Till recently they would have 1 or 2 crashes (they fall on the tree tops) per year, now in the past months they had 7 crashes in addition to the 1 or 2 crashes of paragliding.? In one crash a lady American 28 year was severely damaged and is in intensive treatment.

A contact of mine, a professional airplane pilot with 40+ years of experience and 25 years of hang gliding flyer confessed to me: "The weather is leading us mad. Temperatures are much higher than the limits for this time of the year. The gusts of winds are coming from all directions, especially for the landing. We are all terrified. I am not flying"?
In many locations classrooms and governmental and private facilities were forced to close down. In several places, people returned to using masks like during the Pandemic
Much of Brazilian electricity is generated from hydropower and in some sites, water dams are getting into a critical water level.?
Various rivers, much in the Amazon region where the great part of the transportation is done by small commercial boats are suffering from very low water levels, with some operators not being able to navigate, leaving the towns without supplies
Very low water levels, high temperatures and microalgae booms are causing an uncountable number of fish dieouts in the Amazon and Pantanal (the world's largest, supposedly, flooded grasslands with 140.000 Sq Km (14,000,000 hectares) and a diversity of more than 1,000 species). Many mammals and other animal species are being encircled by the fire and burned. Still, there are a few locations around the country with flooded areas
We humans have absolutely neglected and overexploited our natural environment as if there was no tomorrow. It took some 10,000+ years to reach a certain equilibrium but in a matter of a few decades (mostly especially since the beginning of the 20th century) we started to screw up with anything we could grab and make money with, without discrimination or limit...
...now we have to pay (worse yet the younger generations) the price for our misdeeds.?
Let's see if we will be able to move, fastly, cleverly, determinedly, boldly and sincerely, right now, worldwide, to try to slow down this momentum or New Climate Order #NCO
Let's not be ingenuous or fake-talkerss/false-optimists (i.e. liars), based on uncountable past pieces of evidence, for decades, it will be very difficult for this to happen with the necessary speed and broad and deep spread, but we can not give up because we only have one Planet and (at least) one life.?
