Clients or partnerships – do you know what YOU need most?

If only the coach puts in effort and the client refuses to cooperate then the coaching sessions will have no results. The other way around, if the coaching is done without real interest in the client and without having progress in mind, the coaching sessions will once again fail.

I like to build relationships based on cooperation and collaboration with my clients. I am genuinely interested in their progress. I chose to be a life coach in order to help them evolve and create a better future for themselves.

Some clients resemble myself and my habits in the present, some remind me of my past self. Every client comes with a lesson. Even if I am here to help you evolve, I am also learning and expanding my universe with every coaching session I provide.

Moreover, coaching is not about healing, as I told you previously. Coaching is about growing and about moving forward.

That is why I consider that the coach and the client must work together towards higher goals. You can only ascend the stairs to success when you surround yourself with valuable people that do not drag you down. On the contrary, you must surround yourself with people that are on the same level or even higher than you.
