Let me explain sir, Lets Consider a person X who is having a deadly disease to be clear assume that X is having Cancer , he went to Hospital to cure his cancer in final stage and it result him in huge expense for his medic and the result he may be alive nor not alive - Result Huge Expense or Lead to Death ( Catastrophic Failure in our language )or both may happen.
Lets Consider a Person Y who is also having a cancer but he reported medic in the early stage and it made him less investment by taking tablets and Even though he may fail but he simple postponed his failure . Here who is Clever and Who is idiot Sir ? And whether you want to be X or Y Sir
