Client Success Story

Call out to Robert Rodriguez, the Director of Client Success at Taylor Insurance Services. Robert has led the Taylor Insurance Client Success team for the last 5 years and in 2022, as part of Spectrum Health, implemented this service for brokers wanting to source out their customer services for their clients. Robert and his team worked with an agency that experienced a mid-year AOR change by their client.

Expecting to lose the group, they found out that while the employer wanted a change in the sales relationship, they directed the incoming agent to keep Robert and his team as the servicing arm for their benefits! The incoming agent was so impressed that the Client Success team is now working with them on services for their other groups.
