21.Gregg Dahlenburg is the best!?I'm not sure we would have been able to get our house if it wasn't for Gregg. He was literally with us every step of the way. We put in a winning bid on a house that we ended up walking away from (during inspection), but Gregg made sure that our mortgage would not be an issue. I learned so much from him during the process, that by the time we bid on the house that we ended up buying, I thought that I might be an expert :) We had a 21 day loan contingency, and thanks to Gregg, we were ready to go in less than 2 weeks. He made sure that all of our documents were ready to go, followed up on every issue, and was well ahead in anticipating potential issues that might come up. There were many things for us to worry about during escrow, but the one thing that I was never worried about was our mortgage. Gregg was available day and night (literally - he answered our calls on Sunday's at 8pm!). I can't praise his work highly enough.
