Each month this past year I’ve suggested San Franciscans have had enough of poor leadership and are taking corrective measures to right our ship.
Ten days ago our municipal election resulted in a new mayor and the replacement of four city supervisors with more moderate leaders who will restore our city to its previous functionality as a leading worldwide center of technology, finance and culture. And over the last ten weeks, buyers and sellers of homes in all price brackets have taken note.?
As we near the close of the year, we’re seeing remarkable momentum in the high-end real estate bracket. During the Fall market, five properties in the $20 million plus range received offers, highlighting the confidence in our super prime market. Overall, the volume of sales across our city this year has increased 15-25% by neighborhood.
