+1 for 'unattended' = quicker. The job requires full use of ears, eyes and hands - so talking to a client at the same time would mean stopping work. I often don't 'attend' myself, instead I do maybe 80-90% of the work remotely from my own studio then bring it in for a final mix pass and review with final pictures from the online editor. So that time with the director is the only time either of us are in the dubbing suite! d(-_-)b
