After years of preparation, waiting, Cleveland brownfield site may get new life

Weston is working on a tax abatement as part of a plan to buy at 20-acre site on Cleveland's West Side. Locals with memories knew it as the site a monster building operated by Midland Steel. With the building demolished, ground cleaned at great cost, the waiting may end soon if Cleveland City Council OKs two about-to-go before it measures.
