Cleartech Announced as Finalists at CSA Awards 2023

Cleartech Group have been nominated for ‘Project of the Year’ at the CSA Gala Awards 2023.

Following some tough deliberations by the panel, the Commissioning Specialists Association has finally announced its finalists for this year’s CSA awards. The CSA Awards Dinner is the highlight of the industry’s social calendar, celebrating the best of the best within the HVAC Commissioning industry, with nominees from all around the UK and projects from all over the world.

In 2021, the team attended the distinguished event as our senior engineer, George Nelson, was nominated as a finalist in the ‘Student of the Year’ category, who came away as runner. And it is now that time again for the Cleartech staff to get dressed to the nines to celebrate their nomination along with their valued clients down in London on Thursday October 5th, 2023.

As nominees for ‘Project of the Year’, Cleartech are proud to reveal it is for the hard work and dedication of the works at Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone Circuit. The project itself was already 2 years behind due to the global pandemic, and there was pressure for the project to be completed in time for the British Grand Prix. The Cleartech team worked hand in hand with Grove Mechanical and Hilton to complete all commissioning tasks for the grand opening alongside the racetrack. The hotel now features prominently during the British grand prix & Netflix show ‘drive to survive’.

The 197-bed Hilton Garden Inn hotel overlooks the famous racing track's final straight, and has a rooftop terrace and race day hospitality, as well as direct access to the main grandstand and paddocks via a footbridge across the racecourse. Cleartech were extremely honoured to be part of a prestigious project.
