Introduction
In complex IT landscapes, having a clear and structured view of the enterprise ecosystem is essential for informed decision-making. Over the years, I have developed and refined a template using ArchiMate modeling to provide stakeholders with a high-level overview of their organization's IT landscape.
This template has been successfully used across multiple projects to streamline knowledge transfer during the Transition & Transformation (T&T) phase. It helps teams visualize dependencies, navigate system architectures, and ensure alignment between business capabilities and technology solutions.
