Clear Your Thoughts about Content Writing and Freelancing

How to tackle the situation when people around you ask; content writing? Oh, content writing!! Why are you doing this, there is too much saturation in this filed already, why you select this field as anyone can do content writing, why don’t you choose your major subject for content writing, oh you are doing freelance content writing for the sake of money? Strange

I don’t know why people used to ask such silly questions. Neither I can satisfy them with plenty of answers, but I want to say only one thing, “when there is passion, no one look for money or field.”

Passion leads towards success.

Though freelancing or content writing can give a great livelihood, but it doesn’t mean freelancer is only doing freelancing for the sake of money. Come on buddy; rather, it could be someone’s passion. Money isn’t everything that can replace all your other devotions and enthusiasm. I’m just telling my experience in the field of freelancing (except earning a very well livelihood); I love to explore new things, increase my knowledge and strive for innovative ideas. And that is why well-reputed companies and agencies hire me, as I don’t replace my passion with money.

I was giving an interview to the US Company, and the hiring committee asked me “why you choose to write on multiple niches rather than a specific subject”. And my answer was, “I just intend to learn more and more about world’s influence and I always try my best to present that influences in beautiful perks of words”.

Another thing people used to say, content writing is so easy, anyone can do this.

It’s a big misunderstanding in people’s minds. Not everyone can do content writing. It’s a game of words, sentence structure, and creativity of emerging ideas about a specific topic. And when it comes to SEO friendly content, only experts with complete SEO knowledge and keyword slot-in with standard keyword density can handle this. It’s not a nightmare everyone can see.

In a nutshell, please stop to discourage freelancers/content writers.
