Do this wherever. 10 seconds or 10 minutes. Focus on an object, or close your eyes.

Inhale deeply. Now focus on your breath. "Watch" your thoughts. Don't engage.

Exhale. Just watch, "Thank you for sharing."

Inhale.

Prolong your exhale.

Keep focus on your breathing and your flitting thoughts.
