Clear Vision Paves the Way to Success

Difficulties will always be present and unanticipated. However, it is possible to mitigate the negative effects and evaluate some areas of the business with a clear vision in leadership. In this episode, Listen to Kiran Mann, the creator of M2M Business Solutions, a Canadian company that offers business consulting services with a focus on people as she discusses the value of clarity for success.?

First, Kiran shared her thoughts about the book when she read the? “8 Paradoxes of Leadership Agility” She said that among all the new leadership books she has read, this one definitely stood out. Because it has a good way of translating real time experiences of people in the book in a manner which is easy to read, understand and apply. She also mentioned about the paradox that she relates to the most? which is the enforcing vs. empowering shared stories of how much it resonated with her and her experiences.

Kiran reminded leaders to always be aware of potential obstacles. She also believes that unity comes from clarity that leads to excellence which eventually means success. Having a clear vision for the business will always be an edge. Visions in mind may occasionally alter, but whatever it is at the moment, the eyes have to be set on it. She also provided some incredible advice for women in leadership roles as well as pointers on how to maintain excellence in the face of difficulties.
