The fastest path to making (almost) effortless sales is to clearly state, in language so simple that a 6-year-old could understand it, who you help, what you help them with, how your process works and what we need to do to find out more or sign up.
I know you were probably told by some biz coach you have to have something different to set you apart... a new process, a new method, something that no one else has and to give it a fancy name that can't be found anywhere else
They call this a "unique mechanism"
And they are not wrong
You DO want to have something that sets you apart from everyone else who offers the same kind of thing as you
Yet the way they tell you to go about communicating your uniqueness is not the most efficient.
Your unique mechanism may make you sound different and fancy but if no one knows what it actually means or what's involved... then what's the point?
Clear beats clever every time...
When you use your fancy jargon in isolation we have no idea what you're talking about.
Here's an example of what I mean:
"Need help to reach your health and fitness goals by summer? Get summer fit with my 8 Step Reset Method"
"Who wants my 5 step doctor checkup' method to landing more high paid clients?"
These are posts I just copied and pasted from Facebook.
I have a few issues with these types of posts which I'll probably talk about another time but if we have to go scrolling through your profile or send you a message to find out exactly how your process works then you're making us burn calories that we don't want to burn.
So we'll probably just scroll right past your offer and onto the next coach or consultant who uses simple language we can understand.
One of the things people need to make a buying decision is to believe that you're able to help them achieve their goal through your method, which means they need to understand how your method works.
Instead of saving it for the sales call why not go into detail about it in your posts?
Not only will that save you from hours of talking to people who were never a good fit to begin with.

But it also attracts much higher quality clients who ARE a good fit because they've self-selected your program and method as one that could help them.
Not to mention it drastically shortens your sales cycle.
