Cleaning process of stainless steel stamping elbow

2.Passivation: Use purified water and chemical pure nitric acid especially to match 8% of the acid solution, and circulate for 60 minutes at 49 - 52 °C. In other words, 3% hydrofluoric acid (volume), 20% nitric acid (volume fraction) and 77% purified water are matched by professionals. The temperature of the solution is controlled between 25 and 35 °C, and the treatment is repeated for about 10 to 20 minutes.

3. Start washing: rinse with purified water at normal temperature for no less than 5 minutes.

4. Rinse in one step: Then use the rinse until the resistivity of the purified water is the same as that of the newspaper at the inlet and outlet.

5.Pure steam professional disinfection: the very clean steam to this stainless steel pipeline control center, so that any device and surface can be cleaned for more than 15 minutes.

6. Different kinds of electrodes have different properties and characteristics in use.
