Cleaning the cobwebs of mind

Cleaning the cobwebs of mind

It is Diwali time again friends and generally all of us start cleaning our houses and premises in preparation of the celebration of the grand festival of lights coming in first week of November. However, it is also high time that we cleared the cobwebs lying in our mind. A one-size-fits-all response is inadequate to clearly and concisely meet your needs. The idea to get rid of mental blocks itself is a mental block. Look up in the sky and notice if there is a cloud in it. If there is, it is not because you’ve put it up there. It is not up to you to remove that cloud from the sky either. Your mental blocks are not different. You may believe that, since they are your thoughts, they must be under your control. But you, the controller, itself is just one of those thoughts. Thoughts are like clouds in the sky. They come and go as they please. The sooner you realize it and leave them be, the sooner your anxiety will have a chance to subside.

You need to find your own ways, and the principle is to go in the direction that you are scared to go most. Also, you need to know who you are, what you want to become, and to connect those two dots. It sounds simple, but sometimes that can be very complex to achieve. There is nothing for you to do apart from watching the clouds, inside and outside. Generally, unacknowledged or suppressed emotions like anger, resentment, fear, shame, and guilt are dense emotions that block your energy. Your naysaying thoughts activate undesirable feelings like anger, fear, hurt, sadness, etc. from past experiences that have been repressed.

Common emotional blocks: Fear of failure or Fear of Success. Fear of your greatness—i.e. a hot physique, brilliant success. Shame or guilt—Who do I think I am. Humiliation from early years, about being skinny, short, ugly, stupid, and the list goes on. Past failures—What makes me think I can achieve it now? If I have a great body I might lose my friends/people tease me, etc. Even if I have a great body I might not attract the gal/guy I desire. Who am I to be fabulous, confident, and have a great body, successful? There is always a hope.

When beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behavior are accessed and addressed at the unconscious level, the 'cause' of any and all symptoms and behavior become crystal clear--it is mental/emotional, physical, and spiritual trauma/distress manifesting in the behavior and symptoms you experience. A Transformation Healing process is a clear, concise, and direct method of transforming the mental, emotional and physical symptoms that transcends traditional protocols while retaining a professional focus.

Get all your unnecessary emotional baggage transmuted at the unconscious level and instantly experience higher vibrations of love and peace. Discover how traumas and emotional wounds… even the tiniest negative experiences that you had forgotten about… are robbing you of your happiness, and fulfilling future that you’re meant to live. You won’t believe how much power you’re giving away to these invisible forces. Uncover the reason(s) the traditional coping with trauma is not only bad but they’re dangerous. (If you suffer from any kind of anxiety, depression, PTSD issues healing at the unconscious level is powerful and empowering.

Afraid of your past? Discover ways to clear painful memories without reliving them or telling anyone about them. This is the miracle road to peace that your soul was longing for, for years. Clearing your traumas and emotional wounds at the unconscious level is the first step to discovering the gifts you’re meant to have in this life. It’s like one of those tiny levers that swing open giant doors. Change your beliefs, thoughts, and actions, changes your life. Knowing what beliefs, thoughts, and actions need changing is key.

How to get mental toughness? Choose a challenging goal with something that you need to achieve you will build a strong mentality and the more problems you have on your road stronger you will become. Expose yourself if you want any become mentally strong you can achieve that only if you get out of your comfort zone, so expose yourself and gain a strong mentality. Being responsible you will never become strong if you don’t become responsible for your life and only when you become responsible you will be able to become stronger.

Taking action to do what you need to do when you need to do it no matter what. Action is something that separates strong from weak persons. Weak persons are unable to take action because they have many fears and excuses to don’t do anything. Strong personalities don’t live a passive life, they are active and they taking action to achieve whatever they want. Mental blocks are common for any person during an exercise,or a gym workout, also to an athlete. When facing a mental block, please accept the fear of failure.Yes, vulnerability has to be embraced.Fight against your fear, mental blocks, and “what ifs” and make a decision to just go for it now.

An example of this was I couldn't perform a basic high jump/high knees.I felt my feet super glued to floor or as if I couldn't lift my thighs. But one day I could jump continuously for an hour at a shot, before walking away. Somethings hinders you from performing mentally, definitely not physically all the time. Always saw myself as a fat ass jumping in a gym.Fear of “what if I get injured”,”what if people laughed at me”,but replaced it with “so what”. So,just focus on your exercise irrespective of your negative thoughts. It is always a Do Or Die In the end you will thank yourself for those natural Dopamines. Cheers!
