Clean up your computer - pro level
Many asked me, "which computer/laptop should I purchase", and they complain that their laptops' performance are slow and they assume it old enough (5 years is lifespan).
Most of IT professionals would say two words :
1- Increase your RAMs (at less 8 GB) [Random Access Memory]
2- Change HHD to SSD [Hard Disk]. (if you are a video gamer you need NVMe type)
Definitely I'm with those changes, specially HHD to SSD the speed goes from 400 input/outputs per second to 6000 io/s and that's about 15 times more speed.
Despite all these, I saw many users complaining within the first year of brand new laptop, why? I call it "User behavior". It's how the user use and treat his laptop on a daily base. Allow me to jump straightforward to how to clean your laptop to get it almost to first day speed.
Ultimate advise I always give: "Restart your laptop once a week", because of the complexity of these machines you don't see what's happened at the background, so simply restart will do 50% of the trick.
Also, you may use various of great software that will do a deep clean for unknown and used files leftover in your laptop, and if you don't wanna learn how to set them up correctly, simple follow this :
"Download them > Run > Delete them"
I suggest first software for the beginners and easy to use "CCleaner", spend 5 mins on learning how this can clean up your laptop instead of spending time and money on computer shop.

The second software I recommend even for deeper cleaning and for IT professional too, is "BleachBit". So powerful that it could simply flip your laptop for use one to brand new. So be very careful how to use it.
That's it, all you needed here.
Please don't hesitate to ask me if you need deeper look into your laptop (on my available time I'll be please to help)
