After the festive seasons, most people will be reporting to work, in this week, (be it office, school, business, or other areas of economic engagement). ?For me, business, started early this year, but I am excited to see the pace picking pace in this week as we get back to the usual hussles and bustles of life.
The new year gives us an opportunity to reflect, and re energize towards the goal. The goal of life in its totality. With all facets in it.
As I reflect on the new year, I am inspired by the opportunity for a clean start. Even in a project that is midstream, to reflect, review, improve and move on with renewed commitment, lessons learnt and optimism.
?
To make this happen, I am taking some steps as below. ?You too can join in;
1.???? A sneak peek, at the rear view, what worked well, what could be better? Taking lessons from the past optimises the journey.
2.???? Looking to the front view. What matters most? Clarify the vision and prioritise the commitments for impact.
3.???? What are the possibilities ahead? Creating excitement early on gives energy to start.
4.???? Who do I need to bring onboard? Big goals require a great community.
5.???? What is easiest to achieve? Registering early wins inspires progressive action.
6.???? What are the moments for refuelling? Planning for the refuelling moments creates balance.
7.???? How to sharpen the saw? A commitment to lifelong learning ensures continued competitiveness in the marketplace.
I wish you all the best in the new year. Looking forward to connecting as we make impact in 2024.
