Good news for the planet! Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim addressed the Asia Zero Emission Community (Azec) Leaders Meeting in Tokyo, calling for broad support as Malaysia charts its clean energy transition course.

Malaysia Takes the Lead: Anwar showcased Malaysia's commitment to clean energy by highlighting the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR), a blueprint for a greener future. The NETR draws inspiration from initiatives like Azec, demonstrating Malaysia's commitment to regional collaboration.
Toward an Equitable Future: Anwar stressed the importance of ensuring a "just transition," one that leaves no one behind. He advocated for a progressive cooperation model that prioritizes inclusivity and equitable access to clean energy benefits.
