Clean and care guide for fabrics
Over the years there has been a revolution in the way we decorate the outdoor space. In the past, patio furniture was designed only for a simple backyard barbecue. The sitting area was conventional, too simple, and even boring.

Upholstery & Pillows
A great addition to the outdoor pillows and cushions is if they have zippers or fasteners, allowing the removal of their foam inserts. The cleaning becomes a lot easier.
Quick reminder: in any type of cleaning (dry or handwashing) it is really important to protect the cover Velcro with protective velcroproof tape. This action is needed to avoid any damage during washing.
Daily cleaning:
-Use a soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid vacuum cleaners or rug-beaters which can damage the padding and the upholstery.
-If something splits and a stain occurs, act as soon as possible. Treat the surface with a white and well-cleaned cloth, damped with lukewarm water (it is recommended to begin in the edges, and go to the inner part).

-Only if needed, you can use a cloth genteelly moistened with a specific cleansing detergent. Avoid using it directly on the fabric.
-Let the fabric dry naturally, in the open air. Don’t iron or vaporize.
Washing with water:
-Wash by hand. Don’t use wash in the washing machine. Don’t exceed the temperature of 30oC (86oF).
-Wash the covers inside out. Helps to protect the colors it.
-Use neutral soap. Don’t use, in any circumstances optical bleaches.
-Avoid wring out. Dry the covers by leaving them to flap to drip.
