CLAUSE 5 OF QMS

CLAUSE 5 OF QMS

Clause 5 of Quality Management Systems states about Leadership. Here, leadership is focused on "providing leadership by focusing on quality and customer" quality and customer focus is one of the contexts being audited by external auditors before the insurance of ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification to any given organization. Quality and customer care are mainly provided by ground staff who work tirelessly so as an organization can attain its quality symbols. Quality can be tangible while customer services cannot be tangible. customer satisfaction is one of the main elements of ISO 9001:2015. With the above few points, ground staff plays the leading role so companies can excel. Let us all advocate for ground staff because they don't leave jobs because of less pay, but because of bad company cultures.
