Claudio Miers named Chair of the IERG Virtual Chapter

We are pleased to announce that Claudio Miers has been named Chair of the IERG Virtual Chapter.?

Claudio will be replacing Walter Baker who will be supporting Claudio in his objective to expand and bring value to members of the Virtual Chapter. We thank Walter for his dedication and help with the Virtual Chapter and his very successful online event,?"Raising Latin American Talent for the World".

Claudio is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Pitcairn Partners, based in Arlington, VA and is focused on business consulting and career development coaching in Brazil, US, and Latam markets.

Claudio has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in the sectors of industrial automation, consumer products, and engineering, working with some renowned global companies, managing, and developing culturally diverse workforces, and supporting growth programs through organizational design, managerial muscle building, and competent governance. He has held several management roles including VP & General Manager Emerson Electric?Brazil, HR Director Black & Decker Brazil & Miami, and Alcoa Brazil

He has dedicated most of his career to the Human Capital and Organizational Development arena and has managed complex, diverse international organizations through intense growth, change, and cultural transformation.

His broad areas of expertise include talent management, organizational change & development, process improvement & lean enterprise, business development, acquisitions & divestitures.

Claudio holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Paulo Eiro College, Brazil, and completed Executive Education programs with the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
