It is game at this point the higher your grievances no matter how petty and ambiguous the higher your score aka "Grievance Culture". How many ism's points have you racked up today? This is what they are teaching at universities now "Borderline Personality Disorder"(BPD). If you don't have a grievance they will find you one. The grievance buffet course list in reality is just a justification for students but mostly faculty and administrators to hoard their privilege and seem noble while doing it aka "Dream Hoarders".
Diversity Administrators at universities sounds like a noble cause. What they are leaving out is that they pluck these people from very wealthy families from abroad and usually upper-middle-class from the burbs here at home.

They will have enough power to weigh in on society's issues to matter but don't have enough power to make the hard decisions nor the ability to execute anything of value. The proletariats with their meager existence annoy our sensibilities and they offend us. It's not enough to have "safe places" palaces on university campuses, an extension of childhood for us the Bourgeois, the progressive classes. What is going to happen to us if we have to leave campus our ivory towers and have to look or god forbid have to talk to a proletariat?
There are only so many safe places off-campus, dive bars, specialty coffee shops, NGOs with co-working spaces, zoom meetings, indie festivals for us the progressive classes to seek shelter in. If you ask us the real war is on us the Progressives.
I demand you cancel them, the proletariat classes. I demand you de-platform them, re-educate them, better yet "off with their heads," and "let them eat cake". We need social justice and we need warriors to do it on our behalf. Once that's done off with their heads, but no cake, "no cake for you"!
