CLASSICS can be a great investment

CLASSIC what's? Cars!

Of course you can invest so much of your time and money into a restoration that it would never be considered profitable, but you likely know there are many levels of participation in collecting of all sorts, and classic cars are no exception. Just like flipping homes - if you pay too much, and/or make the wrong modifications, good luck ever recouping your money. The other extreme is either being extremely knowledgeable or lucky as sin in finding a deal that's a steal.

In any case, whether you own a project in the making, a car under active restoration, a fun collector in good condition, a looker in excellent condition, or a "Concours" quality Beauty or Beast, there are far better ways to insure it than as an add on with your family or business cars. Oh - you think it doesn't matter? It's all the same isn't it? Yes it matters, and no its not all the same.
