Classic yoga is the best way to lose fat and reduce weight

In the era of blindly following fad diets and crash courses which claim to make you lose 10 kgs in 10 days, one should see the real scientific science behind it.

First of all, as they say, you are what you eat, you should see what you are putting in your mouth when, secondly, the human body is designed in a way that it not only needs a balanced diet but regular exercise too to maintain its equilibrium. Human beings have been walking and working since time immemorial, sitting in one place would not only make one lethargic but would cause serious harm to the body in long-run (tissue damage-muscle tear, etc)

Classic yoga, on the other hand, stands unshaken with the test of time and is still proven to be the best and the most sustainable form of weight loss. The benefits that yoga has been manifold. One can attain physical, mental and emotional peace through yoga, the single exercise form that offers such benefit to people.

Another factor to practise classic yoga is that it is made for the masses, new-age or millennial or Gen-Z workouts like Hiit, CrossFit, active gymming and cardio etc. can only be practised by a fraction of people.

These workouts in comparison to classic yoga are not at all sustainable, have only short-term or goal-oriented benefits and get back to where you were once you stop them.

Yoga teaches you good posture,body-mind balance, and better and more efficient work giving you plenty of fat loss.

You not only lose fat, but you also become physically and mentally fit.

Happiness and bliss of the body and mind can only be achieved by one thing, that is, classic yoga.
