There is certainly a trend at the moment for classic cars to be turned in to future proof electric vehicles, one of the companies at the very forefront of this is Electrogenic in Oxfordshire.

The photography today was to highlight the EV conversion of one of Small Car Big City's classic Mini's, it also has a manual gearbox as well making it very unique. I went with editor of Mini magazine Dan to cover the technology behind the car, and then a track session booked at Bicester Heritage where Dan could test the car and give his thoughts on it in a forthcoming edition of Mini magazine.?

The car from the exterior looks no different to a standard car, with the electric least roof as well and black and red interior it gives a sporty look to the car, it also outran Bicester track manager Brian's Mini Mayfair
