A few months ago I photographed Ray Austin's Mini van from the 1970's, this car had a great story behind it and was originally from South Africa.
This beautifully restored Mini van was built in Cape Town, South Africa in 1978, it was then exported to the UK in 2015. Ray purchased the car from a friend and completely restored it in his garage, the engine has been bored to 1340cc. Not only did Ray complete the engine rebuild but working in the boat world hand crafted the van's load space and also prepared and painted the car.
We used the Brickworks museum in Hampshire which worked perfectly due to its history, plus the bright red paintwork complemented the exterior of the venue.
