Strictest Clean Cars Rule Issued:

The Biden administration unveiled its ambitious Clean Cars rule, setting the stage for a majority of U.S. auto sales to be electric vehicles in the next eight years. President Joe Biden touted the new factories, investments and good-paying jobs that will come from the fulfillment of the new rule. Despite being the strictest federal climate regulation, it offers a phased approach for manufacturers.?
