It's June, and it's time for the start of this year's University Hire project. At the beginning of June, we had various preparations so that on June 27 we could welcome our great students who joined us.

As the long-awaited June 27 arrived, we had the opportunity to fill the conference hall of the Belgrade campus with young professionals who decided to start their careers at NCR. To make sure that they will have a great experience, we have prepared various functional training for them that will make their first days easier and give them a good foundation for the days to come.

We introduced them to the basic features of #NCRlife, gave them basic guidelines when it comes to the technologies we use, and at the same time, they had a lot of fun through various get-to-know each other games. They also had the opportunity to meet their colleagues who started their internships and jobs on the same day in our offices in Dundee and London.

In addition to good fun and functional training, we enabled them to meet some of the important people in our company, such as CEO Mike Hayford, COO Owen Sullivan and HR director in Serbia Bojana Vasiljevic. I would also like to thank all the other wonderful colleagues who were part of this journey and who helped us to enable these young hopefuls to start successful careers.

And to you, our dear #FutureOfNCR, I wish you a lot of success in this internship and your first job and I hope that this will give you wings to fly and reach the stars because you have a lot of potentials and I am proud of each of you!
