October has been a busy month here at Clarke, with our offsite facility ramping up the progress on our current projects, the Re:Purpose Team has had a lot of face time at the Manchester held, Healthcare Estates and Education Estates conferences 2023.
The team were keen to show our Re:Purpose portfolio off to those in attendance and to network with suppliers and exhibitors and big thankyour to everyone who took the time to chat to the Clarke staff at each event!

Situated in central Belfast, the Paper Exchange comprises of 11-storeys of grade A office accommodation and houses up to 2,000 people. The Paper Exchange, designed by Wirefox and toddarchitects, features around 155,000 sq ft of flexible office space and featuring a striking new fa?ade. With an impressive work area spanning 9,200m2, this structure is more than just a building - it's a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and efficiency.

Manor Road Mayor!
This month, our Manor Road project team were delighted to welcome Deputy Mayor of London, Joanne McCartney to site where she met with a number of apprentices working on the scheme.
In addition to delivering more high-quality #affordablehomes to meet the needs of Newham’s population (expected to be half a million by 2033) Manor Road Quarter has created over 200 new jobs spanning construction, project management, and social value creation. This includes 36 new apprentices, all local to Newham, which is double the target set by Newham council.

'Creating High Performance Teams' Our Management Team successfully completed the second workshop as part of their ‘Driving Remarkable Growth’ Leadership Development Programme.
This thought-provoking session centred on the crucial aspect of fostering high-performance teams. The backdrop for this enlightening experience was the iconic Windsor Park, the Northern Ireland national football stadium, located in the heart of Belfast. These sessions are not just about leadership but also about cultivating a culture of excellence and synergistic teamwork.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Clarke Go Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness!
On the final day of our Mental Health Awareness week, our employees all took part in a “Wear it Pink Day” in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
There were tutu’s, children’s cat ears, pink hi-vis’, crocs, teddy bears and even items of clothing out of a few wife’s wardrobes Everyone was then treated to some pink buns for their all their efforts!
It was a great day to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer!
