"The overall plan includes 363,000 sq ft (GEA) of offices, a tall residential building and a flexible building providing parking for 354 cars (30% electric charging facility) and 450 cycle spaces.
Eden Campus will sensitively integrate into the local context, respecting the historic townscape of Kingston with all four key buildings situated within a high-quality green urban setting, designed by award-winning landscape architects Gillespies."

Large curved glass panelling and WICONA Circal 75% recycled aluminium cladding will be used for this project, set to commence later in 2023.

Sustainability is at the heart of our co. values, as a business, we have amassed many successful refurbishment projects, where a substantial number of these have been on buildings where the structure remains.
