Clarifying Purpose in Leadership
A couple of weeks ago, I was 'interviewed' by Audrey Cavenecia of the Unlikely Leadership Podcast. I put interviewed in quotes because although that was what I was expecting, it actually turned out to be a very illuminating and stimulating conversation - not an interview at all.

For me, one of the most important observations that Audrey and I agreed on was that Clarifying Purpose is an ongoing project, and for some of us a lifelong endeavour. Critically, you don't need to wait for a clear purpose to land before you can move forward. Quite the opposite - you may need to move forward first...
And once you're on the move, your purpose may just start to crystallise out for you, in time. According to Eckhart Tolle, we all have this outer purpose - and we also have an inner purpose. But that's for another time...
