5 个月I think the challenge lies in how you anchor the assessment. Some, think it’s absolute. I worked with a terrific executive who, at the start of our coaching engagement, shared he was “blue”, had been been ever since he took the assessment 15+ years ago, and that he’d never deviated from that. Not once. Can you imagine the box that put him in? We unlocked that belief and started to embed new beliefs : that you can and should enjoy the wild ride that is self discovery. Test yourself, challenge yourself. Blow your own damn mind. We are so much more capable than we think. I believe that assessments are a snapshot (incredibly valuable and shockingly precise) of you. Today. It’s not your end, but only the beginnning to discover what you are capable of. Lean into you.
