Take a day off and truly clarify God’s purpose for your life. You were not created to pay bills. Your life is worth more than making ends meet. Basic needs don’t bother people who’ve connected with their purpose. Seek first why God created you and the bills will take care of themselves. That’s what Jesus meant in Matthew 6:33 – seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added to you.

It’s never too late to discover God’s purpose for your life. A day aligned with your purpose is more fulfilling than years of toil chasing money. You’ll remain frustrated so long as what bothers you is how to survive. God does not partner with survivors. God is a God of purpose. God never created you to live sufficiently, God created you to live abundantly. Your struggle hurts God.

If you truly want to know God’s original plan for you, analyze the life Adam lived before he sinned. Abundance, health and peace were his heritage. Struggling was a result of our fallen nature. Do you want to operate in your fallen nature or in your redeemed nature? The second Adam came to restore what we lost in Eden. He said, “I’ve come that you may have life more abundantly – John 10:10.”
