Civil War Afoot...?

Next American civil war is coming…? Fear of cancel culture and losing control over life, and deepening tribal divide and government’s inability to get a hold of wonton destruction may lead to a bigger and greater conflict in America… A Civil War? American people are angry, frustrated, desperate, and imploding with pent-up destructive energy. They are buying guns and joining extremist groups for the coming confrontation. Georgia, New York, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Oregon may be the sparking ground for the next America Civil War… Many say the next American Civil War is already here. God help me, that I am dead wrong. Hmmmm.

Meanwhile, China is struggling to feed its 1.5 billion people as the Chinese virus pandemic paralyzes economy and infrastructures, biblical level natural disasters, global condemnation, and withdrawing trade with China, imploding CCP... Hungry and angry people will revolt. Xi knows this as he is turning blind eye to the 12,000 – 17,000 Chinese fishing boats that are encroaching global coastal water illegally, overfishing, and destroying the ecosystem forever. Many countries like South Korea, North Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina… are killing and sinking Chinese fishing boats in their exclusive economic zone, their protected waters. China’s famine may lead to a global confrontation…, if not already there… Not good. How do we find the solution to feed the 7.5 billion mouths and live harmoniously, together…? Too much to ask?

‘SMS’ Highlights of the week of 2020 (October 18 - October 24, 2020) 

1.  Gun Buying.    Gunmakers are raking in record profit as the scared and angry Americans are buying guns to protect themselves against uncontrolled mobs, destructive riots, extremist violence, and lack of police controlling the mobs.  Many Americans are beginning to wonder, quietly in mass, about looming and almost inevitable civil unrest afoot. Many are saying loudly that the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, riots, and destructions, deeply divided and profoundly embedded tribal resentments, bitterly challenged, and dehumanizing the 2020 election may be the sparks finally igniting the next American civil war. Regardless of who wins, each side is lawyering up for the fight for legitimacy and fight for power. The extremists are going to capitalize on the unfortunate opportunity…  It may take just a few thousand to start a civil war as it did in Russia, the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 which led to a horrifying savage carnage and obscene violence. These shock troops could come from the Antifa, anti-American extremist, BLM, jihadist from across the globe, and angry Americans… So, it’s not surprising Americans are buying guns… Through September, 28.8 million background-checked for gun purchase, more than ever since 1998, when the FBI began reporting. Even in Hawaii, the Aloha State, gun permits increased by nearly 40% (Through September 10,485 permits up from 7,566 last year). Is gun-buying a prelude to an inevitable next American Civil War…? God help us. I hope I am wrong and the others who are pointing to the coming civil violence are deadly wrong. God help us.

2. Debate II.      Did it change any voter’s mind…? Did it really matter? Biden often said, “Come on man, I know how to game the system...” He avoided answering questions on Hunter Biden and his activities on Ukraine, Russia, and China ‘Pay for Influence’ and kickback payment activities. Biden looked dazed, fatigued, confused, and struggle to find the word to respond. Trump’s less aggressive and measured debate approach highlighted Biden’s imprecise and lack of energy responses. On immigration Biden mentioned the cages at the border…, well Trump responded: “It was built in 2014. You built it.” Trump’s inquiry to Biden about 47 years’ worth doing nothing came across as Biden attempted on Trump’s failures. Not surprisingly the Biden supporters exclaim Biden won the debate even as some Democrats say Trump performed well. Some reports mention that Democrats may be panicking as a nationwide poll shows 74% public believe that Trump destroyed Biden. Perhaps CNN, MSNBC, and other left supporting news media may disagree. Trump looked energetic, poised, and to the point, as Biden appeared fatigued, vague, elusive, and looking at his watch… Well does it really matter now, just two weeks before the election? Whatever… In Florida, the early voting shattered the record for in-person early voting Monday with at least 350,000 votes and 2.5 million mail-in votes racked up (2016, only 1.6 million). Obviously, this 2020 election is generating heat… So, who is benefiting…? Biden or Trump?  What say ye? 

3.  Chinese Boats Illegally Overfishing Globally.      China’s seemingly unstoppable fishing fleets are stripping the sea bare, wildlife and illegal harvesting are destroying the global ecologies as China struggles to feed 1.5 billion mouths. Chinese has become the menace of the world. Chinese fishing boats, 12,000-17,000 vessels, are illegally entering exclusive economic zones with radar tracking devices off. Well in response, Malaysia detains 60 Chinese, Indonesia explodes and sinks 51 illegal fishing Chinese boats, Chile tracked, and chase 300 Chinese fishing boats encroaching rich South American Sea, and Argentina fires and sinks Chinese boats. Ecuador’s navy monitors hundreds of Chinese fishing near protected waters off Galapagos. And, as China brazenly sinks Philippine fishing boat, resulting in the Philippines and Vietnam coalesce to fight Chinese illegal fishing in their territorial waters. South Korea fired 249 warning shots to fend off Chinese fishing boats, Japan shot and killed 5 Chinese fishermen and chased 2,600 fishing boats while fishing illegally in the Japanese Northwest coast. The ‘Ghost Boats’, the Chinese fishing fleet is killing North Korean fishermen… More example: Chinese fishing is illegal, unsustainable fishing off the west coast of Africa, and destroying the West African ecosystem to the brink. China's distant water fishing (DWF) fleet number around 12,000-17,000 vessels with almost 1,000 Chinese vessels flagged to countries other than China. These fleets started with overfishing of squids near North and South Korean and Japanese waters and now has expanded to Latin America and West Africa. Indeed, China's illegal distant water fishing is destroying economies, environment. Illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) in Exclusive economic zones of a number of countries. This is especially impacting developing countries and coastal countries and contributed to decreases in fish stocks including endangered fish species across several continents.
