Cityscape Global 2024 Wraps Up with Record Attendance and $61 Billion in Real Estate Deals

The world’s largest real estate event, Cityscape Global, wrapped up successfully at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Saudi Arabia’s capital. The four-day show featured over 400 exhibitors and attracted more than 172,000 visitors.
Under the theme "The Future of Living," the event was organized through a partnership between the Events Investment Fund, international firm Inform, and the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones.
Organized with support from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in collaboration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Housing Program—a key initiative of Saudi Vision 2030—the event also hosted around 550 speakers from over 50 countries, including top experts and business leaders.
According to the event organizers, more than SAR 230 billion ($61 billion) in real estate transactions were completed during Cityscape Global 2024.
The closing ceremony was attended by key figures such as Faisal Al Khamisi, Chairman of Tahaluf, and Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing. In his closing remarks, Al Hogail highlighted the event’s tremendous success and the ongoing efforts to strengthen and elevate the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.
Al Khamisi was pleased with the event’s accomplishments, pointing out that the joint efforts of the organizing and participating organizations had increased both attendance and success.
The CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, Abdullah Al Hammad, praised the event’s organizers for their success, stating that the total sales by both domestic and foreign developers at the exhibition exceeded SAR20 billion ($5.3 billion), meeting the expectations of all target audiences.
According to him, the entire amount of real estate deals at the show topped $61 billion, and the strategic agreements between different companies exceeded SAR30 billion ($7.9 billion).
