After a months-long #Lockdown2020, we are now slowly and steadily moving towards the #Unlock, accepting and adjusting with the #NewNormal. The COVID-19 cases are still on the rise, and the risk and exposure to the virus are also increasing. As a result, health safety and social distancing have become the top-most concern of every individual across the globe.

The two main areas of City Lift operations are

1. On-Site(office): account handling, paperwork, storage and maintenance of the equipment and machinery

2. Off-site(on field): installation, and servicing of the machinery.

Social Distancing

City Lift India is well-known for its high-quality, durable products. Even in the current situation, we are able to provide the same quality products, following a social distancing of 6 ft all over the office and manufacturing unit. 

Sanitization & Mask

It is very important to sanitize hands multiple times a day and wear a mask in order to reduce the chances of infection. For the same purpose, we have provided pocket sanitizers and masks to every single employee, and have set up multiple peddle sanitization stations across the site for the convenience and safety of our people. 

Regular Health and Temperature Check

Before we begin the work in the morning, we do a thermal temperature check of every individual to make sure that their temperature is normal and they are fit to work around people. It is mandatory for everyone entering the office to get their temperature check done so that no one comes at risk at any cost. 

Workforce capacity

City Lift India Ltd currently has more than 250 employees, who make all the accomplishments possible. In the present scenario of COVID-19, we are sincerely following the norms for workforce capacity at the office. Initially, we had deployed 10% of our workforce on-site and with due changes made by the government, we now have 70% of our employees working daily, maintaining, and following the safety norms. 

Work From Home 

We have only deployed the workforce at the site whose work demands physical presence. The rest of our people, such as accountants, are majorly working from home, connecting to everyone via the internet.

Regular Health and Temperature Check

City Lift has a record of providing world-class timely services to its customers. We provide a 24*7 callback service and a response time of as less as 45 minutes to the emergency cases. Our efficient team of sales and servicing successfully handle the task at hand on time. Keeping in mind their safety and further safety of our customers and their family, we do a daily temperature check of our outgoing staff. If someone is not well, we send them back, with a proper health check-up and guidance.

Sanitization and Mask

All of our salespeople are provided with a proper sanitation kit with PPE suits, masks, and pocket sanitizers. They follow all the safety guidelines including social distancing when meeting a customer. 

Conveyance Made Easy

To ensure the safety and convenience of the outgoing staff, City Lift recently provided them 35 new bikes, so that they don’t face any problem while delivering the services to our clients.
