Fully endorse the manifesto and to quote Rahm Emanuel's book title The Nation City, is where changes should be pioneered in the transition to the green economy. How will cities finance this is going to be critical and success or failure will be determined by funding. Very keen to read how this is proposed given the pressure by the EU Commission to cut debt levels of government and the rising expenditures.
