This is Andrew, a regular visitor to the Community Larder at the Village Hub. We provide easy access to food - lots of fresh vegetables - and support, thanks to a grant from Plymouth City Council and supply from FareShare South West. Andrew decided to spend some of his pretty low income on others this week, after reading about the Roundtable in #Plymouth's collection for Ukrainian refugees using the Hub as one of its drop off point.

Just love the dignity and value this sharing system can give to Andrew, who can feel part of the solution, rather than a constant beneficiary/client/service user. (don't you hate those words!) #community #love #food
