Circular Column Formwork System

This system consists of two identical semi-circular panels with diameters usually ranging between (40-120) cm, which are easy to assemble and disassemble as well.

1-?The permissible lateral pressure of concrete for this system is up to 80 KN.

Components of this system:?

1-?Circular column panels:

Circular curved steel panels with diameters ranging from (40-120) cm and different heights (0.5, 1, 2, 3) m, to achieve the required dimensions and height.

2-?Tilt up shore:

It is a hollow steel tube with a diameter of 20 mm that is used to resist compressive and tensile wind loads and helps to make the column in a vertical direction and has various standard lengths.

3-?Bolts:

A Bolt with a diameter of 16 mm and a length of 60 mm. They are used to connect the columns' panels to each other, and also to connect the Tilt-up shore to the panels through the Head plate.

4-?Head plate:

To connect the Tilt-up shore or Push-pull props to the panels.

5-?Double base plate:

Used to fix the Tilt-up shore or Push-pull props in the ground using anchor bolts.

6-?Lifting eye:

It connects to panels to facilitate moving it from one place to another.

7-?Rivet pin with spring:

It is used to connect steel waler with Tilt-up shore or Push-pull props. It is also used with some other items as needed.

8-??Platform bracket:

An access platform used by workers to pour concrete with a max. Live load 1.5 KN/m2 and max. distance of 2 m between brackets.
