This CIO/CTO found his "dream job"...once he stopped looking

Meet Eric.

He's a CIO/CTO who was found himself in a rut seeking his next opportunity...

and, when we met, he was frustrated.

Eric has an amazing track record of success but was having a difficult time uncovering positions that really excited him.

Then he made a MASSIVE SHIFT.

Here's how he described it..

"I stopped looking for a job. I started working on me and began presenting myself in more genuine ways, and without pretense, expectation, or manipulation. I relaxed entirely and forgot all that fear. I lived in abundance. Then I found people I could relate to and who genuinely accepted me. Sounds crazy but it is true. Once I stopped looking, I began to discover things about myself and ultimately about the work I need to do in the world."

Wow.

In short, getting really clear on what he wanted and quitting the "hard sell" or sleazy networking advice so many are peddling out there. Eric leaned into being himself.

Most of our clients know Eric because he's been very open and sharing in our Slack community (this is where ALL our clients communicate openly with one another).

And, you get to SEE and HEAR from him too.

This is going to be of particular interest for any high performers who aren't getting the RIGHT interviews...

Whether that means:

  • you aren't meeting your compensation requirements
  • the roles aren't big enough for you to feel like you're still moving your career forward
  • or ANY of your "must have" criteria aren't being met

Regardless of your specific situation, there's a lot of learn and benefit from what Eric shares.

BTW - if what Eric shared resonates, register for our FREE training where we talk about the 5 Shifts all our clients (including Eric) made to land executive roles they love!

And for MORE stories like this, check out what other clients have shared on their FB Lives.
