Having finally finished unpacking my suitcase today, I thought it was time to look through my photographs and reflect on Dreamforce 2024, which now feels like a distant memory! ???

Visiting San Francisco for the first time ?? was a whirlwind of exploration, learning, and connection. I managed to pack in some incredible sightseeing before the conference even began—wandering through the towering redwoods at Muir Woods ??, marvelling at the history of Alcatraz, and soaking in the beauty of Napa Valley’s vineyards ??. I even created my own walking tour, finding hidden gems as I explored.

When Dreamforce kicked off, it was time to shift into Salesforce mode. I visited the Salesforce Tower, which was even more awe-inspiring in person. As the "Agent on the ground" for Salesforce UK&I, I took over their social media for the day ??—an exciting and fast-paced experience, sharing insights and updates with the community.

One of the highlights of Dreamforce was, without a doubt, #Dreamfest on Wednesday night. ?? Imagine Dragons and Pink put on an absolutely unforgettable show—I had the best night of the whole week! ???? There’s something magical about dancing the night away with friends, both old and new, in the heart of San Francisco.

Beyond the excitement of Dreamfest, Dreamforce was packed with opportunities to learn and grow. I attended the BA and CGL meet-ups ??, which were fantastic for making connections within the community. And the sessions! I was particularly blown away by Agentforce ?? and the endless possibilities it offers. The sheer volume of information and innovation was almost too much to comprehend—an exhilarating sensory overload that left me inspired and motivated to bring these new ideas back to my work.

Dreamforce wasn’t just about learning; it was about reconnecting with the Salesforce Ohana ??. Meeting up with old friends from near and far, while making new connections, is always a highlight for me. It’s these moments of collaboration, discussion, and community that truly make the Salesforce ecosystem special. ??

As I reflect on my first trip to San Francisco and Dreamforce 2024, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful for the experiences, the connections, and the memories I’ve made. From the awe of the city’s landmarks to the energy of Dreamforce, it was a week I’ll never forget.
