Completion of M&T Bank's New Tech Hub!
Earlier in June, Paul Ciminelli, President & CEO, joined the M&T Bank project stakeholders for a ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of M&T Bank's tech office space at Ciminelli's Lafayette Court Building. Highlighted by cutting edge technology, sleek open office environment, unique breakout spaces, and natural light, the project is a highlight of the Central Business District.
BOMA Buffalo's Lunch and Learn Event at the Renovated Lafayette Court Building
The Ciminelli team had a fantastic time hosting BOMA Buffalo in the nearly completed Lafayette Court lobby. Kyle Ciminelli, Executive Vice President, spoke with the group about the changing office environment and the importance of amenities in the post-pandemic world, and Justin Kraft, Project Manager, touched on the history of Lafayette Court and its recent transformation. Following the lunch and learn, groups were able to tour the newly renovated M&T Bank tech hub.
2023 NYACS' "One Team" Trade Show
For the third year in a row, members of our facilities management team represented Ciminelli at the New York Association of Convenience Stores' "One Team" trade show and convention in Syracuse. It was a great opportunity to meet up with our current clients and make new connections in the convenience store industry.

Signage Complete at the Roswell Park Scott Bieler Amherst Center Project
We are excited to see the continued progress on the Roswell Park Scott Bieler Amherst Center on Park Club Lane! Earlier in Spring, the final letters were installed on the two-story, 26,000-square foot new construction in Williamsville, which will open for patient care later this year.
